About the Downtown Inverness Rotary

Since its founding on April 1, 2021, the Downtown Inverness Rotary has been steadfast in carrying forward a tradition of community service and camaraderie.

The club was established with the goal of preserving the custom of evening gatherings, accommodating the busy schedules of professionals and residents throughout Citrus County.

Accessibility and Convenience
Located in the heart of downtown Inverness at the Cattle Dog Roasters Coffee Shop, our club offers the perfect meeting spot for those seeking to make a difference. With meetings held in the evening, ample parking, and gourmet meals prepared by a Johnson and Wales-trained chef, we provide an inviting atmosphere for members and their spouses to enjoy a meaningful evening together.
Community Impact
Our club is dedicated to making a tangible impact in our community. From sponsoring leadership training for local students to participating in the Inverness 4th of July Parade and organizing the much-anticipated "Ye Olde Fashion Christmas Festival," we're committed to fostering a spirit of service and fellowship.
Membership
Joining The Downtown Inverness Rotary means committing to the Rotary motto "Service Above Self" and living by the Rotary 4-Way Test. Membership begins with an invitation, a fireside chat to understand our values and commitments, and culminates in a formal induction ceremony.
